Will you do the work for me?

No. You drive; coaching helps you learn a repeatable method. This is not done-for-you implementation.

Can we use confidential client data?

Only data your organization explicitly allows. We start with fictional or sanitized data, always.

Will the AI send emails or change records?

Not without your explicit review and approval. The default is no autonomous external action.

Which tools do you teach?

Whatever fits the task and your approved data path. If a tool from my own work is a useful example, I will say so plainly.

What if I am not a fit?

Then the free fit call ends with no recommendation. Qualification is the whole point of the call.

What about refunds or cancellation?

Terms are agreed in writing before any payment is taken. Nothing is charged automatically.

Not included: custom integrations, unlimited async support, guaranteed savings, or a full company AI transformation.

The sprint is not two hours at $200 an hour: the two live sessions represent $400, and preparation, review, and recap represent up to $100 of package value.
